One or Two weeks of Food Science

This is a fun one to two week course where you learn the food science behind biscuits and caramel popcorn.  Professional food scientist Dale Cox explains the concepts, then you get to experience them by making good things to eat!  You'll never look at food the same way again once you know what's happening in the kitchen.  For ages 10 and up (best for junior high and older), including adults.  You'll have access for 6 months after purchase.
